- What happens if you miss the deadline?
- I've never missed one. But if I do, you get a RM 248 credit on your next invoice or a full refund of the deposit, your choice. The delivery date is written into the proposal.
- Do I own the site after launch?
- Yes. The code, content, domain, and hosting account are all yours. I hand over admin access on launch day. If you ever leave cweihan, the site keeps working.
- What's not included?
- Logos, copywriting beyond two revision rounds, product photography, e-commerce on Launch/Growth tiers, custom integrations beyond the standard stack, and translation. All available as add-ons with fixed prices.
- Can I cancel the Care Plan?
- Anytime, with 30 days written notice. Your site keeps running on whatever hosting I set up; I'll hand over credentials and a guide for self-management.
- How are payments structured?
- 50% upfront to start, 50% on launch day. Care Plans are charged monthly in advance on Stripe or Billplz. International clients pay in USD via Stripe.
- What if I need more pages than the tier includes?
- Extra pages are RM 188–288 each depending on complexity, quoted upfront before I build them. No surprise bills.
- What CMS will I get?
- I build with Next.js and host on Vercel. Fast, secure, and modern. Growth and Scale tiers ship with a lightweight admin so non-technical edits stay in your hands. Launch tier is content-baked and updated via your Care Plan.
- Do you handle hosting and domain?
- Yes. I register the domain in your name, set up hosting, configure SSL, set up email forwarding, and hand over credentials. One invoice, one team accountable.
