Is this AI-generated copy?
We use modern writing tools to accelerate drafts, but a human edits every line for accuracy, voice, and the read-aloud test. If something sounds like marketing speak, it gets rewritten.
Can you write in Bahasa Malaysia?
We deliver in English by default. For BM versions we work with a trusted translator on a per-page basis — it's not machine-translated. Quoted separately.
Will I see drafts before final?
Yes. Everything goes through a shared Google Doc. You comment as we draft, we adjust, and we lock copy before the site goes into build.
Can you write for a website my previous developer built?
Yes — copywriting works standalone. We deliver the deck and you (or your developer) paste it into the existing site. We can also do a basic on-page SEO pass while we're in there.
How specific does the copy need to be?
Very. We push for numbers, names, and concrete claims over adjectives. 'Faster than competitors' is weak; '10-day delivery, written into the contract' is what we're aiming for.
