Questions

Is this just hosting?: No — hosting is included but Care Plans bundle security, backups, monitoring, content changes, and reporting. You're paying for the team being on call, not just the server.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes, with 30 days written notice. We hand over hosting credentials and a migration guide. Your site keeps running.
What counts as a 'small content change'?: Adding a new service to the menu, updating opening hours, swapping a hero image, fixing a typo, adding a testimonial. Anything taking under 30 minutes for the tier's time bank. Larger changes are quoted as add-ons.
Do unused content hours roll over?: One month carries over once. We don't bank hours indefinitely because it creates lumpy work later — better to keep cadence steady. Larger one-off changes are quoted as add-ons at a discounted Care rate.
Do I need a Care Plan if my site doesn't change much?: Honestly, no. If the site is brochureware and you're happy to handle your own hosting renewal and backups, skip it. Care Plans pay for themselves when you're shipping content or running ads — i.e. when the site is producing leads.

A 15-minute call usually settles it.
